Diabadass Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

We proudly stand behind the quality of Diabadass and want our customers to be happy. We place customer satisfaction at the center of our business. Please refer to our policy guidelines below and feel free to contact us if you have further questions!

2. General Information

- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and give you the option to have a refund at the total amount of your order using the original method of payment, or to wait for the item to be available.

- If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, then contact you regarding issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. You can then decide whether to wait for those items to be available and shipped, or get a refund using the original method of payment.

3. Delivery Location

- Items purchased through Diabadass are available for worldwide shipping.

- Restrictions may apply for certain countries or regions based on products, and any such areas will be highlighted during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Time

- Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days once the product is shipped. We are a small business with currently limited manpower, so please be patient with us, we are working to ship everything out as soon as possible and will continue working to increase these times as well!

  • For our apparel, these products are made once the orders have been placed for environmental reasons. Producing/fulfilling these items takes roughly around 7-10 business days, then they will be shipped immediately. If you have a large order with many items, this could cause delays. Currently for total producing and delivery time, you can expect apparel to arrive roughly around 14-21 days once ordered.
  • For our supplements, these products are made once the orders have been placed for environmental reasons. Producing/fulfilling these items takes roughly around 2-5 business days for small orders and 3-10 business days for 10 items or more. Currently for total producing/fulfilling and delivery time, you can expect supplements to arrive roughly around 6-14 days.
  • All other products usually arrive within 7-14 business days.


- International Orders: Shipments might take 10-20+ business days to arrive, depending on customs and delivery service in the destination country.

- Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

5. Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are based on the weight, size, and volume of your order, as well as the destination.

- Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout after entering your delivery address.

- Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for oversized or heavy items.

6. Tracking Your Order

- Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, enabling you to track the status of your shipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

- If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, or if you haven't received your package based on the projected timeline, contact us immediately at info@diabadass.co

- We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred when shipping to an international destination are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our international shipping charges.
