Our mission is to empower individuals living with diabetes to lead confident, active, and fulfilling lives, despite the challenges of managing this condition. There are no shortcuts, we work together as a community to better each other in any way possible. We fearlessly take steps forward and continue to attack challenges head on, even with our chronic illness. We offer a wide range of education, online community/discussion boards as well as high-quality supplements, clothing apparel, bags, medical accessories and more, specifically designed to enhance the daily lives of diabetics. As a Type 1 Diabetic and Veteran owned business, we strive to create a community that fosters positivity, resilience, and a “can-do” attitude. The Diabadass community is completely free! You can join it through the "join" link on this page here. It is also named "Diabadass Community" on Facebook as well, if you would like to join there.

There will be a paid option to be a Diabadass Pro member soon, which will include additional perks, but to join the community it is absolutely free.

The community offers support and understanding for individuals battling diabetes, recognizing the stress and challenges they face. We aim to create a culture that provides guidance, knowledge-sharing, and solidarity around this chronic disease. While medical professionals do their best, they often don't fully grasp the daily struggles and life-threatening battles that diabetics confront. With an average of 180 additional health-related decisions each day, diabetics require a supportive space for questions, motivation, and advice. The community covers diverse topics, from diet and exercise to medical advancements, emphasizing real-life experiences and fostering a sense of inclusivity. The community is committed to self-improvement and rejects a victim mentality, offering a space for individuals to take control of their diabetes and unite as Diabadasses, turning the disease into a source of strength and understanding.

A Diabadass Pro membership is a paid subscription, either annually or monthly, to gain more access to information, tools, apps and features within the community. The perks will range from discount codes to access to nutritional/exercise guides and more.

By no means do you need to become a Diabadass Pro, but their are additional perks if you do. This is still under construction, but once it is available we will make an announcement for anyone interested!

Standard USA shipping usually takes 3-7 days from when the products are shipped. International orders can take anywhere from 10-20+ days. This can vary based upon the amount of products in the order as well as the variety, which may cause some slower fulfillment times.

Yes we do ship internationally!

International shipments might take 10-20+ business days to arrive, depending on customs and delivery service in the destination country.

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred when shipping to an international destination are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our international shipping charges.

Yes! We have a subscription service for our Diabadass supplements, as well as some of our diabetic accessories.

When you browse/checkout supplements and certain accessories within our store, you will have the option to select the subscription option. This is where you can pick how frequently you would like us to ship out our products to you.

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will continue to be charged on a recurring basis per the delivery frequency you select (I.e., 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks) and without notice until you cancel. You can change/edit the subscription anytime through your login profile.

Yes, all of our supplements are FDA Compliant!

Additionally, any manufacturers we may use, we ensure they are GMP (Good manufacturing practice) Certified as well.

Everything complies with the regulations that ensure the products are safe, effective, and properly labeled.

You will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped! If not, please email us at info@diabadass.co with your order number and information, we can then get you your tracking number as soon as possible.

At times, the courier takes time to update their Shipping Portal, but rest assured that if you have received a tracking number, the item has shipped out. Normally the courier will update the shipping portal at that time it arrives to its next destination.

You can enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" section located on the purchase page.

We appreciate all of our customers who are supporting our movement and also strive to live with the Diabadass mentality. To show our customers how much we appreciate them, we added a "Rewards/Loyalty Program"!

Through this program, you can earn points in numerous ways, such as signing up, leaving reviews and purchasing products. As you stack up rewards points, you can then cash them in for additional discounts on your purchases.

It is totally free to join as well! At the bottom of our browser/website you will see a "Rewards" button/link which you can click and sign up.
