Diabadass Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Returns

1.1. Return Period: Customers may return products purchased from Diabadass within 30 days of receiving the item.

1.2. Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached, otherwise it will not be accepted.

1.3. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, and after inspecting the condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

1.4. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

1.5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

2. Warranty

2.1. There are no warranty on our products currently.

3. Exchanges

3.1. Wrong Size, Color or Product: If you've received the wrong size, color or product that you ordered, you can exchange it. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached, otherwise it will not be accepted.

3.2. Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

4. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
